RiskX Insurance Brokers Inc. ("RiskX," "we," "us") is an independent group benefits brokerage based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. When you fill out a contact or qualification form on our website, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and approximate group benefits spend. We only collect information that is necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our brokerage services.
Website Analytics & Usage Data
We collect standard website usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device type. This information is aggregated and used to improve the website experience. It does not personally identify you.
We also use a B2B visitor-intelligence tool (Apollo) that resolves visitor IP addresses to the associated business or organization. This produces organization-level information only - never personal identifiers - and runs for all visitors as a legitimate business interest under PIPEDA, independent of your cookie choices. In order to provide our brokerage services, we may share relevant information with insurance carriers and pool administrators as required to obtain quotes, place coverage, or administer your group benefits plan. We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are kept for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Website analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifying form.
